Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service (ToS) as written below.Once the price is established, I will start working on your commission once you pay upfront and provide at least one visual reference. I will send screenshots of WIPs during the process, but you may opt out of this by asking me not to.Once the commission is nearly finished, only small adjustments can be requested unless there is a noticeable mistake on the artwork (on a case-by-case basis).Ill behavior of any form will not be tolerated. As the artist, I reserve the right to decline your commission and/or deny you of service either temporarily or indefinitely.Payment is final; refunds shall only be given if I find myself unable/unwilling to continue.Though you may hold the rights to the characters, I hold the rights to the artwork created. Therefore:
You are allowed to print physical copies of the artwork.
You are allowed to upload the photo and/or promote yourself with it while giving credit to me as the artist.
You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own.
You are not allowed to alter the artwork in any way (including the colors, background, watermark, etc.) without my consent.
You are not allowed to use the artwork commercially.
You are not allowed to feed or upload the artwork into generative AI programs, apps or websites.I do not permit my art to be used for purposes related to NFTs and cryptocurrency.

+60% from initial price for each added character.
